Returns and Exchange Policy

Dear valued customer,

Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

1. Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
2. Please note that it may take 5-6 working days to process your request.
3. We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
4. Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
5. Tester Box (Sample Box) is not refundable as it is solely for the purpose of testing fragrances
   
6. Customers are required to pay a nominal amount of Rs.100 per return or exchange. This amount is charged to avoid fake deliveries marked by Courier Riders.
